Lady Jackets back-to-back Area 9 Champions; seven runners make All-Area 9

Photo submitted Mallory James and Ozzy Norris were named the All-Area 9 runners of the year.

For the second year in a row, the Middlesboro Lady Jackets’ cross country team are Area 9 champions. Middlesboro standout Mallory James was named the Area 9 girl Runner of the Year and Ozzy Norris was named the Area 9 Runner of the Year on the boys side. Seven Yellow Jackets made the All-Area 9 team.
