Captain Nick Miracle and Captain Josh Keck led a training course for firefighters and EMTs from the Middlesboro Fire Department last week. They were certified on the proper use of new extraction tools so they can be safely used to remove windows or cut open doors to get to any injured person trapped following a motor vehicle accident.
