After improving from 15 wins in 2023 to 25 in 2024, the Bell County Bobcats expect even bigger things in 2025 with all their key players returning.
Bell County is off to a 10-4 start this summer, including blowout wins Thursday at home over Claiborne, Tenn. (82-38) and Cumberland Gap, Tenn. (86-55). Other wins for Bell County last week included Breathitt County, Newport Catholic, Owen County, Perry Central and Leslie County. The Bobcats had their best showing Wednesday at Berea College with a hard-fought 74-70 loss to defending 11th Region champ Great Crossing.
Bell County returned to action Monday at Barbourville.
