First Christian Church held a ribbon-cutting ceremony and open house for their new Youth Center on Thursday. Pastor Brian Kearns was joined by former Pastor Ashtor Simpson, several members of their church family, Middlesboro Mayor Boone Bowling, Chamber of Commerce Executive Director Melissa Turner, Middlesboro Main Street Executive Director Celia Shoffner and other friends and neighbors.
