Lady Cats coast past Jellico with 10-hit attack

The Bell County Lady Cats snapped a three-game losing streak in dominating fashion with a 16-1 win at Jellico, Tenn.
Addison Lucas led a 10-hit attack with two doubles and a single for three RBI. Camdyn Thomas drove in two runs with three hits.
Jayda Boateng added two RBI with a double. Emily Rose, Cheyenne Wilder and Alexus Lawson added one hit and one RBI each.
Adyson Scott earned the win in the circle as she gave up one unearned run on three hits over three innings with six strikeouts and two walks. Thomas struck out two in one hitless inning.
The 3-8 Lady Cats travel to Washburn, Tenn., on Tuesday and will play host to Harlan County on Thursday.
