Bell County guard Blake Burnett hit the game-winning shot in the closing seconds of overtime as the Bobcats edged Knox Central 58-56 in the Class 2A, Section 7 Tournament semifinals on Tuesday at Whitley County.

The Bobcats trailed 53-48 with 3:50 remaining in the fourth quarter before closing the game with a 10-3 run.

Burnett led Bell County with 18 points. Cameron Hall added 17.

Gavin Chadwell led Knox Central (10-4) with 25 points and 18 rebounds. Austin Bargo scored 10 points.

Bell County (14-0) will play Whitley County on Friday for the sectional title. Whitley County advanced with a 63-52 win over McCreary Central on Tuesday.
