Community Action Agencies expanding Spring Subsidy applications

In response to the COVID-19 emergency, Community Action agencies across Kentucky are now taking applications for Low-Income Home Energy Assistance Program (LIHEAP) Spring Subsidy. Eligibility requirements have been expanded to allow more Kentuckians to qualify.
