Bell County girls basketball coach David Teague, right, receives a plaque from Bell County High School Principal Brian Crawford in recognition of becoming the winningest basketball coach in BCHS history. Teague achieved the milestone on Dec. 21 with a 61-31 win over Bullitt Central. The win allowed him to pass former Bobcat basketball coach Eddie Whitaker. Teague now stands at 223 wins with only 100 losses. He has led the Lady Cats to three district titles, one regional championship and numerous other tournament championships including two WYMT Mountain Classics.
