The following individuals were recently lodged in the Bell County Detention Center:

• Jeffery Adkins, 33, first-degree possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine), possession of drug paraphernalia, second-degree disorderly conduct, third-degree terroristic threatening, probation violation (for technical violation);

• Mary Beth Allen, 34, of Pineville, non-payment of court costs, second-degree possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, second-degree wanton endangerment, first-degree possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine), first-degree promoting contraband;

• Tammy Brock, 56, operating a motor vehicle under the influence, failure to produce insurance card, no registration plates, reckless driving;

• William Brock, 43, of Pineville, first-degree trafficking a controlled substance (greater than or equal to 2 grams of methamphetamine), possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, receiving stolen property (under $10,000);

• Ashley Nicole Brown, 30, of Middlesboro, probation violation (for felony offense), failure to appear, second-degree robbery;

• Phillip D. Daniels, 25, of Middlesboro, five bench warrants for court, parole violation warrant, driving on DUI suspended license, excessive windshield/window tinting;

• Billy Roy Earle, 37, of Middlesboro, theft of identity of another without consent, failure to appear;

• Thomas Hatfield, 40, of Middlesboro, first-degree fleeing or evading police (on foot), resisting arrest, third-degree criminal mischief, failure to or improper signal, three counts first-degree wanton endangerment (police officer), leaving the scene of an accident, reckless driving, speeding 26 mph or greater over speed limit, improper registration plate, two bench warrants for court;

• William Christopher Hickman, 32, of Middlesboro, contempt of court;

• Mitchell Hembree, 35, of Georgetown, first-degree possession of a controlled substance;

• Pearl Hubbard, 39, parole violation (for felony offense), giving officer false identifying information;

• Daniel P. Lefevers, 33, of Barbourville, two counts failure to appear;

• Corey Dean Miracle, 39, of Pineville, first-degree possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine), bench warrant for court;

• Carl Murrell, 58, of Middlesboro, three bench warrants for court;

• Sonya Rodgers, 39, of Middlesboro, probation violation (for technical violation);

• Clinton Williams, 59, of Middlesboro, probation violation (for technical violation);

• Shadd Yeary, 32, of Middlesboro, two bench warrants for court.
