• Fred Bailey, 54, of Middlesboro, receiving stolen property (firearm), possession of a handgun by a convicted felon, two counts first-degree trafficking a controlled substance (less than 2 grams of methamphetamine), first- and third-degree possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, indictment warrant;

• Clinton Baker, 40, of Pineville, first-degree trafficking a controlled substance;

• Joainie Bullock, 38, failure to appear;

• Johnny Collett, 52, possession of a handgun by a convicted felon, first-degree possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine), possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, three bench warrants;

• Barbara Lou Collins, 45, of Middlesboro, two bench warrants for court, first-degree possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine), possession of drug paraphernalia;

• Joshua Michael England, 41, of Middlesboro, two bench warrants for court;

• Mary R. Flanary, 32, of Middlesboro, two counts of failure to appear;

• James Fuston, 34, of Middlesboro, first-degree assault, resisting arrest, second-degree fleeing or evading police, bench warrant;

• Diane Gray, 43, third-degree burglary, bench warrant for court;

• David Hood, 52, of Johnson City, Tenn. operating a motor vehicle under the influence, possession of marijuana, no operator’s license, failure to produce insurance card, failure to wear a seat belt;

• Timothy Lamb, 53, of Middlesboro, two counts theft by unlawful taking ($500 or more but under $10,000), third-degree criminal trespassing;

• Jeffery Lawson, 35, of Harrogate, Tenn., theft by unlawful taking (under $500), driving on DUI suspended license, first-degree possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine), bench warrant;

• Mary Lee Lipfird, 18, of New Tazewell, Tenn., first-degree trafficking a controlled substance (greater than or equal to 2 grams of methamphetamine), first-degree possession of a controlled substance, operating a motor vehicle under the influence;

• Allison G. Lipfird, 24, of New Tazewell, Tenn., first-degree possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine), second-degree possession of a controlled substance, bench warrant for court;

• John Arthur McDaniel, 52, of Middlesboro, two bench warrants for court;

• Daniel Melton, 42, of Middlesboro, first-degree possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine);

• Julie A. Miller, 40, of Arjay, tampering with physical evidence, probation violation (for technical violation), first-degree trafficking a controlled substance (less than 2 grams of methamphetamine);

• Justin Norris, 32, three bench warrants for court;

• Preston Saylor, 52, of Evarts, probation violation (for misdemeanor offense), failure to appear;

• Dakota Lee Spencer, 20, of Middlesboro, public intoxication with a controlled substance;

• Joel Warren, 67, of Pineville, first-degree possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine);

• John Washam, 43, of Middlesboro, third-degree rape, incest.
