The following individuals were recently lodged in the Bell County Detention Center:

• Justice Baker, 25, of Middlesboro, public intoxication with a controlled substance, first-degree promoting contraband, first-degree trafficking a controlled substance (greater than or equal to 2 grams of methamphetamine);

• Thomas Branham, 55, of Middlesboro, first-degree trafficking a controlled substance;

• Billy Joe Brock Jr., 31, of Pineville, careless driving, failure to wear a seat belt, no operator’s/moped license, no registration plates, no registration receipt, failure to register transfer of motor vehicle, operating a motor vehicle under the influence, non-payment of court costs;

• Danny Brock, 61, of Middlesboro, public intoxication with a controlled substance, bench warrant for court;

• Samantha A. Caudill, 22, of Pineville, bench warrant for court;

• Derek D. Cox, 35, of Arjay, probation violation (for felony offense);

• Jason Dye, 35, of Pineville, first-degree trafficking a controlled substance (heroin), possession of drug paraphernalia, improper parking violations, no operator’s/moped license;

• Bethany M. Evans, 33, of Middlesboro, first-degree strangulation, second-degree assault (domestic violence);

• Roger Grubbs, 52, theft of services, first-degree possession of a controlled substance, public intoxication with a controlled substance;

• Sirena S. Hall, 37, of Lexington, four counts of non-payment of court costs;

• Andrew Hobbs, 27, of Middlesboro, operating a motor vehicle under the influence;

• George Johnson, 39, of Pineville, first-degree possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine), first-degree trafficking a controlled substance (less than 2 grams of methamphetamine), possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, second-degree possession of a controlled substance, bench warrant;

• Mary Johnson, 37, of Pineville, three bench warrants;

• Hillary Grace Lowe, 25, of Pineville, two counts first-degree possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine, drug unspecified), bench warrant for court;

• Amanda Martin, 23, of Middlesboro, probation violation (for technical violation);

• Levi Nathaniel Monroe, 29, of Harlan, three counts non-support;

• Quentin Rice, 18, of Green Road, bench warrant for court, public intoxication with a controlled substance;

• Jenny Sue Ellen Robbins, 35, of Miracle, third-degree criminal possession of a forged instrument, third-degree unlawful transaction with a minor, first-degree possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine), first-degree wanton endangerment;

• Juanita Olene Robinson, 36, of Harlan, three counts failure to appear;

• Johnny Smith, 58, of Pineville, probation violation (for felony offense);

• Rikki Walden, 29, of East Bernstadt, bench warrant for court, second-degree fleeing or evading police (on foot);

• Nickie Ward, 34, of Corbin, two counts of violation of Kentucky EPO/DVO.
