• Kenneth Buttery, 38, of Middlesboro, trafficking a controlled substance;
• Sarah Cox, 48, of Middlesboro, bench warrant for court;
• Crystal M. Earle, 29, of Middlesboro, indictment warrant, failure to appear;
• Roger Grubbs, 52, of Middlesboro, third-degree criminal trespassing, theft by unlawful taking (shoplifting), public intoxication with a controlled substance;
• Paul Holland, 43, of Shelbyville, speeding 10 mph over the limit, failure to wear a seat belt, rear license not illuminated, no tail lamps, failure to illuminate head lamps, no registration receipt, reckless driving, first-degree wanton endangerment (police officer), operating a motor vehicle under the influence, failure to produce insurance card, operating on suspended or revoked operator’s license, first- and second-degree fleeing or evading police (motor vehicle, on foot), disregard signals from officers directing traffic, resisting arrest, first-degree possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine), possession of synthetic drug, possession of drug paraphernalia, non-payment of court costs;

• Brooke Jones, 34, of Middlesboro, bench warrant for court;
• Alta Amber Jones, 20, of Pineville, probation violation (for technical violation);
• Michael Allen Lee, 19, of Middlesboro, bench warrant for court;
• Melanie D. Mullins, 24, of Pineville, bench warrant for court;
• Benjamin Nichols, 20, of Harrogate, Tenn., first-degree trafficking a controlled substance (greater than or equal to 2 grams of methamphetamine);
• Xavier Rogers, 29, of Middlesboro, operating a motor vehicle under than influence, speeding 26 mph or greater over the limit, first-degree fleeing or evading police (motor vehicle), failure to wear a seat belt, driving on DUI suspended license, first-degree wanton endangerment;
• Frances Sinkhorn, 65, of Pineville, three bench warrants for court;
• Chadnick Smith, 30, of Pineville, public intoxication with a controlled substance;
• Eric Stewart, 38, fourth-degree assault (domestic violence, minor injury).
