• Michael Bowen, 44, of Middlesboro, first-degree stalking, first-degree possession of a controlled substance, tampering with physical evidence, second-degree disorderly conduct, operating a motor vehicle under the influence, harassment (no physical contact);

• Brian Brown, 40, of Middlesboro, non-support;

• Devon Collins, 19, of Cumberland Gap, Tenn., failure to appear, first-degree fleeing or evading police (motor vehicle), second-degree bail jumping, speeding 26 mph or more over the limit, operating on suspended or revoked operator’s license, two counts first-degree wanton endangerment, careless driving;

• Whitney Dixon, 20, of Middlesboro, four counts failure to appear, speeding 20 mph over the limit, second-degree fleeing or evading police (motor vehicle), reckless driving, disregarding a stop sign, failure to wear a seat belt, no operator’s license, operating a motor vehicle under the influence, possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia;

• Lauren K. Epley, 25, of Middlesboro, three bench warrants for court;

• Homer J. Ervin, 41, of Middlesboro, bench warrant for court;

• Darrell Estepp, 18, of Middlesboro, trafficking marijuana, first-degree possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine), possession of drug paraphernalia, third-degree possession of a controlled substance, bench warrant for court;

• Mary Flanary, 31, of Middlesboro, eight bench warrants for court;

• Shantell Foister, 25, parole violation warrant;

• Paula Hensley, 53, of Pineville, four bench warrants for court;

• Marcus Frank Moe III, 30, of Middlesboro, parole violation warrant;

• Dillion A. Overton, 20, of Middlesboro, seven bench warrants for court, trafficking marijuana (8 oz to less than 5 pounds), first-degree possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine), possession of drug paraphernalia, third-degree possession of a controlled substance;

• Jennifer Lynn Roark, 33, of Middlesboro, bench warrant for court, first-degree trafficking a controlled substance, trafficking marijuana (less than 8 oz), tampering with physical evidence;

• Dylan Seiglar, 19, of Middlesboro, no operator’s license, two counts second-degree fleeing or evading police (motor vehicle and on foot), first-degree wanton endangerment, two counts disregarding a stop sign, two counts disregarding traffic control device, speeding 20 mph over the limit, careless driving, failure of owner to maintain required insurance, no registration plates;

• Tracie Simpson, 39, of Pineville, probation violation (for felony offense);

• Ricky Slusher, 35, of Beverly, bench warrant, failure to appear, two counts contempt of court, second-degree escape (from identify facility);

• Misty Smith, 38, of Pineville, bench warrant for court, first-degree possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine);

• Austin Snowden, 25, of Middlesboro, two counts possession of a handgun by a convicted felon, two counts second-degree escape (identify facility), two counts third-degree assault (police or probation officer), theft by unlawful taking ($500 or more but under $10,000), tampering with physical evidence, first- and second-degree fleeing or evading police (motor vehicle and on foot), two counts first-degree wanton endangerment (police officer), resisting arrest, first-degree criminal mischief.
