There was a great turnout for the Annual First State Bank Veterans Day Tribute held at the Middlesboro Community Center on Tuesday. First State Bank recognizes all veterans both active and non-active and those that we have lost. This year, Wade Bevins of the bank recognized all veterans by reading their names and having them stand to be seen. A table for the lost soldier was also placed in the middle of the room to pay respect to those we have lost. The Middlesboro High School Color Guard led the veterans in the Pledge of Allegiance.
