• Thomas Dillman, 32, of Middlesboro, bench warrant for court, second-degree possession of a controlled substance, possession of marijuana;

• Billy Earle II, 37, of Middlesboro, failure to appear, theft of identity of another without consent;

• Regina Hampton, 48, of Middlesboro, probation violation (for technical violation);

• Luther W. Johnson, 54, of Pineville, bench warrant for court;

• Marcus Ray Johnson, 32, of Ewing, Va., contempt of court;

• Harold Jones, 38, of Arjay, non-payment of court costs, no tail lamps, first-degree possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine), all-terrain vehicle violations, possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia;

• Thomas Kirby, 40, of Pineville, theft by unlawful taking ($10,000 or more but under $1 million);

• Trevis Lord, 25, of Pineville, probation violation (for technical violation);

• Raymond Miller, 27, of Calvin/Page, probation violation (for technical violation);

• Billy Parks, 42, of Middlesboro, three bench warrants for court;

• Lloyd Saylor, 60, of Bledsoe, two bench warrants for court;

• Grant Shelton, 52, second-degree assault (domestic violence);

• Darryl Smith, 26, of Middlesboro, parole violation (for felony offense);

• Jerred Winters, 19, of Speedwell, Tenn., rear license not illuminated;

• Brian D. Young, 55, of Williamsburg, two counts failure to appear.
