The following individuals were recently lodged in the Bell County Detention Center:

• Jeffery Adkins, 33, engaging in organized crime – criminal syndicate, first-degree trafficking a controlled substance (greater than or equal to 2 gram of methamphetamine);

• Carol Jo Barton, 35, of Middlesboro, four bench warrants for court;

• Roy Barton, 52, of Middlesboro, bench warrant;

• Jason Lee Blackburne, 34, of Rose Hill, Va., theft by unlawful taking (under $500), operating on suspended or revoked operator’s license, failure of owner to maintain required insurance, third-degree criminal trespassing, failure to wear a seat belt, failure of owner to maintain required insurance;

• Joshua Caldwell, 38, of Barbourville, two bench warrants;

• Kenneth Good, 74, of Middlesboro, fugitive (warrant not required);

• William Hoskins, 38, of Middlesboro, criminal complaint, bench warrant for court;

• Jerry Hurst, 31, of Middlesboro, tampering with physical evidence, first-degree trafficking a controlled substance (greater than or equal to 2 grams of methamphetamine), second-degree disorderly conduct, intimidating a participant in a legal process, parole violation (for technical violation);

• James William Lambdin, 21, of Keavy, failure to appear;

• James Lay, 42, of Pineville, receiving stolen property under $500, theft by unlawful taking ($10,000 or more but under $1 million);

• Rickey Allen Lee, 46, of Middlesboro, first-degree possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine), possession of drug paraphernalia;

• Travis Middleton, 39, of Pineville, two counts failure to appear, non-payment of court costs;

• Tina Nicole Mullins, 30, of Middlesboro, first-degree possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine);

• Randall E. Murray, 22, of Middlesboro, bench warrant for court;

• Kenneth Murray, 42, of Walker, contempt of court, failure to appear;

• Kristen Overbay, 21, of Middlesboro, parole violation (for technical violation);

• Heather Poore, 26, of New Tazewell, Tenn., bench warrant for court, first-degree possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine);

• Leonard Rich, 41, of Middlesboro, five bench warrants for court;

• Jackie Sturgill, 35, of Pineville, contempt of court, two bench warrants for court;

• Betty Tilley, 34, of Evarts, first-degree possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine).
