Bell County is proud of the Appalachia Wildlife Center moving forward. “Promises made, promises kept,” the Bell County Fiscal Court posted on their Facebook page. “The final construction funding is now in place for this exciting project. The elk herd is already in place and thriving. Birds and other creatures of all types are in abundance.”
