The Bell County volleyball team were looking to rebound against Clay County on Tuesday after falling to Williamsburg less than a week earlier. Their plot was foiled as Clay County defeated the Lady Cats 2-1.

Clara Bolinger led the team in kills tallying eight on the night. She also registered four blocks, four digs and one service ace. Raegan Robbins finished the game with four kills, 23 assists, 27 digs and five service aces. Lauren Fultz led the team in digs with 34. MaKenna Lefevers ended the night with four kills, 33 digs and one service ace.

Madison Ford had six kills and 29 digs.

Bell County (11-9) was slated to play Red Bird (9-14) on Thursday.
