Middlesboro High School Youth Service Centers’ TATU (Teens against Tobacco Use, Drugs and Alcohol) asked Middlesboro Mayor Rick Nelson to sign a proclamation for Red Ribbon Week — Oct. 23-31. Red Ribbon Week is an alcohol, tobacco, other drug and violence prevention awareness campaign observed annually in October.
