Lady Jackets’ soccer falls 2-1 to Harlan County

After tallying back-to-back wins earlier in the month, the Middlesboro Lady Jackets has dropped two straight games to move to 2-8 on the season. In their most recent game, Middlesboro fell to the Harlan County Lady Bears on Tuesday 2-1. Middlesboro was lead in scoring by Madison Mason, who gave the Lady Jackets their only goal of the game. Benson and Emily Barnwell added assists during the game. Keeper Jordyn Ferguson played solid defense, saving 15 shot attempts while only allowing two goals.
