Pineville takes down Knott County Central 39-14.

The Pineville Mountain Lions notched their second win of the Randy Frazier era on Friday night with a 39-14 victory over the Knott County Central Patriots. For the second time in as many seasons, Pineville has started their season off at 2-0.

On the season thus far, the Mountain Lions are averaging 33.5 points-per-game while holding their opponents to an average of 14 points a game.

Pineville will attempt to preserve its home field on Friday night against Paris in the Laurel Bowl. Knott County Central travels to Floyd County Central on Friday. Kickoff for both games is slated for 7:30 p.m.
