• Judy Lynn Barton, 49, of Middlesboro, two bench warrants for court, theft by unlawful taking (under $500);

• Julia D. Brock, 40, of Flatlick, bench warrant for court;

• Christopher Brown, 47, first-degree possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine), two bench warrants;

• Courtney Coffey, 20, of Greenville, Tenn., second-degree assault, bench warrant for court;

• Benjamin Collins, 34, of Middlesboro, bench warrant for court, second-degree possession of a controlled substance, prescription controlled substance not in proper container, carrying a concealed weapon;

• Ralph M. Davis, 49, of Dryen, Va., first-degree trafficking a controlled substance (greater than or equal to 2 grams of methamphetamine);

• Stephen Dozier, 26, first-degree burglary, possession of a handgun by a convicted felon;

• Wesley Eggers, 33, of Harrogate, Tenn., two bench warrants for court, first-degree trafficking a controlled substance (greater than or equal to 2 grams of methamphetamine);

• David Hall, 57, of Middlesboro, parole violation (for technical violation);

• Brooke N. Jones, 34, of London, bench warrant for court;

• James Jones, 34, of Middlesboro, first-degree possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine);

• Bobby Joe Marcum, 36, of Middlesboro, bench warrant for court;

• Brandon Marsee, 39, of Middlesboro, contempt of court;

• Carl B. Murrell, 57, four bench warrants for court;

• Brandon J. Partin, 35, of Harrogate, Tenn., parole violation warrant;

• Jacqueline Irene Rodriguez, 36, of Nancy, probation violation (for technical violation);

• Jeremy Smith, 29, of Middlesboro, two bench warrants for court, giving officer false identifying information;

• Johnny Smith, 49, of Pineville, first-degree wanton endangerment, driving too fast for traffic conditions, no tail lamps, obstructed vision or windshield, operating a motor vehicle under the influence, failure of owner to maintain required insurance, failure to wear a seat belt, bench warrant, two counts of first-degree possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia;

• Luther Tigue, 40, of Middlesboro, two bench warrants for court, second-degree fleeing or evading police, second-degree criminal trespassing;

• William Warren, 30, of Pineville, fourth-degree assault (domestic violence, minor injury);

• Robin Weaver, 33, of London, failure to wear a seat belt, driving on DUI suspended license, possession of drug paraphernalia, operating a motor vehicle under the influence;

• Mark A. Webb, 46, of Somerset, driving on DUI suspended license, operating a motor vehicle under the influence, failure of owner to maintain required insurance;
