• Bertha Cox-Williams, 54, of Barbourville, failure to appear;

• Heather Demaro, 22, probation violation (for technical violation);

• Don William Dunaway, 32, of London, bench warrant for court;

• Ashley Dunaway, 27, of Middlesboro, probation violation (for felony offense);

• Joshua Nathaniel Grant, 31, of Huntington, W. Va., fourth-degree assault (domestic violence, minor injury);

• Robert Hardin, 49, of Middlesboro, first-degree possession of a controlled substance, two bench warrants for court;

• Melvin Holland, 52, of Arjay, bench warrant;

• Joseph Honeycutt, 51, of Fort Stewart, Ga., second-degree fleeing or evading police; first-, second- and third-degree possession of a controlled substance; bench warrant for court;

• Larry Lawson Jr., 21, of Williamsburg, two counts of failure to appear;

• Micheal Lee, 19, of Calvin, public intoxication with a controlled substance;

• David Lefevers, 43, two bench warrants for court;

• Karen M. Mayes, 52, of Middlesboro, first-degree possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine);

• Jessy Harold Partin, 29, of Middlesboro, disregarding signals from officers, improper turning, rear license not illuminated, failure to or improper signal, failure to wear a seat belt, no registration receipt, failure to produce insurance card, operating on suspended or revoked operator’s license, operating a motor vehicle under the influence, failure to appear, three counts first-degree possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of marijuana;

• Tonya Partin, 40, of Middlesboro, falsely reporting an incident, public intoxication with a controlled substance, two bench warrants for court;

• Cody Pena, 32, of Middlesboro, parole violation warrant;

• Shannon N. Reeves, 39, of Pineville, first-degree possession of a controlled substance, probation violation (for technical violation);

• Joshua Roark, 34, of Pineville, six bench warrants;

• Jerry Robinson, 49, of Galax, Va., two counts theft by unlawful taking, second-degree fleeing or evading police, resisting arrest, second-degree disorderly conduct, no lights on bicycle;

• Rhonda Seigler, 30, of Middlesboro, failure to wear a seat belt, rear license not illuminated, no registration receipt, failure to produce insurance card, operating on suspended or revoked operator’s license, operating a motor vehicle under the influence, two counts non-payment of court costs, three counts failure to appear;

• Donald Smiddy, 48, of Middlesboro, first-degree possession of a controlled substance, bench warrant for court;

• Carl Edward Smith, 55, of Middlesboro, first-degree possession of a controlled substance, possession of marijuana;

• Danny Stewart, 48, probation violation (for technical violation);
