• Dolly Brock, 40, of Pineville, first-degree burglary;

• Steven Brock, 55, of Middlesboro, contempt of court;

• Ricky Brock, 55, first-degree wanton endangerment, fourth-degree assault;

• Jeremy Bunch, 33, of Middlesboro, operating a motor vehicle under the influence, no operator’s license, two counts of failure to wear a seat belt, reckless driving, first-degree fleeing or evading police (motor vehicle), second-degree fleeing or evading police (on foot), bench warrant for court;

• Michael W. Carnes, 50, of Arjay, two bench warrants for court, fourth-degree assault;

• William Paul Carroll, 28, two counts second-degree burglary;

• Timothy Caudill, 32, of Baxter, second-degree wanton endangerment, third-degree possession of a controlled substance, operating a motor vehicle under the influence;

• Rebecca Cederstrom, 28, of Tazewell, Tenn., four bench warrants for court;

• Justin Dye, 33, of Bell County, second-degree burglary, fugitive (warrant not required), receiving stolen property (under $10,000), obscuring the identity of a machine (greater than $500 but less than $10,000), theft by unlawful taking (under $500);

• Shanell M. Ervin, 35, of Middlesboro, first-degree possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia;
