The Middlesboro Police Department is investigating a two-vehicle wreck that happened Tuesday afternoon at 21st Street and Cumberland Avenue. A vehicle traveling east bound attempted a left turn when it made contact with another vehicle traveling west bound on Cumberland Avenue. Traffic was stopped briefly in all directions to allow emergency personnel to secure the scene. There were no injuries in the accident and the cause is still under investigation by Middlesboro Police Officer Kenny Vanover.
