• Shannon Akers, 49, of Arjay, receiving stolen property (under $10,000), failure to appear;

• Freddie Anderson, 47, of Middlesboro, three bench warrants for court;

• Jeremy Bunch, 33, of Middlesboro, operating a motor vehicle under the influence, no operator’s license, two counts failure to wear a seat belt, bench warrant for court, reckless driving, first- and second-degree fleeing or evading police;

• Sherry M. Clouse, 37, of Middlesboro, first- and second-degree possession of a controlled substance, bench warrant for court;

• James Everett Collins, 33, of Morristown, Tenn., operating a motor vehicle under the influence;

• Dreama A. Couch, 41, failure to appear;

• Roger Grubbs, 51, two bench warrants for court, three counts of theft by unlawful taking (under $500);

• Logan Howard, 22, of Pineville, contempt of court;

• Charles Lawson, 53, of Pineville, two counts first-degree wanton endangerment, attempted murder (police officer), first-degree assualt (police officer), three counts of failure to appear;

• Chase Naff, 29, of Middlesboro, parole violation (for felony offense);

• Scottie Reeves, 43, parole violation warrant;

• Rovert C. Smith, 43, of Middlesboro, parole violation (for technical violation);

• Joshua Starrett, 29, of Lejunior, theft by unlawful taking (under $500), bench warrant for court;
