• Antuan Brown, 29, of Middlesboro, first-degree trafficking a controlled substance (less than 2 grams of methamphetamine), second-degree trafficking a controlled substance, possession of marijuana, first-degree assault, bench warrant for court;

• William Carroll, 26, of Middlesboro, public intoxication with a controlled substance;

• Stephanie Nicole Collett, 28, of Pineville, four counts of failure to appear, three counts of non-payment of court costs;

• Larry Allen Combs, 43, of Middlesboro, three bench warrants for court, theft by deception (includes cold checks under $10,000);

• Jessie Lee Davis, 39, of Middlesboro, first-degree possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine), third-degree criminal mischief, bench warrant for court;

• James Michael Epley, 26, of Middlesboro, bench warrant for child support;

• Kenneth Erwin, 42, of Kettle Island, possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, first-degree possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine), fourth-degree assault (minor injury), failure to appear;

• Amy Evans, 29, of Middlesboro, bench warrant for court;

• Melvin Hale, 24, of Middlesboro, three bench warrants;

• Michael J. Hensley, 33, of Middlesboro, seven bench warrants for court;

• David Honeycutt, 39, of Middlesboro, violation of a Kentucky EPO/DVO;

• James Lawson, 33, of Pineville, theft by unlawful taking ($500, or more but under $10,000), second-degree burglary, two bench warrants for court;

• Steven Andrew Lynn, 33, of Blountiville, Tenn., excessive windshield/window tinting, operating on suspended or revoked operator’s license, second-degree possession of a controlled substance, operating a motor vehicle under the influence;

• Michael Nash, 54, of Middlesboro, second-degree fleeing or evading police (on foot), parole violation warrant, four bench warrants for court;
