The following individuals were recently lodged in the Bell County Detention Center:

• Lonnie Barton, 32, of Middlesboro, illegal possession of a legend drug, third-degree possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, operating on suspended or revoked operator’s license, two bench warrants for court;

• Todd Brock, 32, of Middlesboro, fourth-degree assault (no visible injury), bench warrant for court;

• Johnny Brock, 43, of Harrogate, Tenn., bench warrant;

• Darrell Brummett, 33, of Middlesboro, two counts of non-support, bench warrant;

• Gryphon Scott Buis, 28, of Harrogate, Tenn., operating a motor vehicle under the influence;

• Tonya Bundy, 38, of Pineville, bench warrant;

• Tristian Burnette, 21, of Asheville, N.C., second-degree disorderly conduct, resisting arrest, theft by unlawful taking ($500 or more but under $10,000);

• April Dawn Davis, 39, of Middlesboro, serving warrant (for other police agency);

• Hannah Ellison, 26, of Harrogate, Tenn., two counts of failure to appear;

• Jakob Fuson, 20, of Wallsend, operating a motor vehicle under the influence, disregarding a stop sign, bench warrant;

• Billie Hale, 44, of Middlesboro, four bench warrants for court;

• Randy D. Jones, 31, of Arjay, two counts of failure to appear, parole violation warrant;

• Travis Middleton, 38, second-degree assault (domestic violence);

• Crystal Miracle, 39, of Middlesboro, bench warrant;

• Bonnie Partin, 26, of Middlesboro, bench warrant;

• Kellye Danielle Partin, 31, of Morristown, Tenn., three bench warrants for court, failure to wear a seat belt, failure of owner to maintain required insurance, first-degree possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia;

• Justin Phelps, 26, of Middlesboro, eight counts of theft by deception under $500, one count first-degree possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine), second-degree possession of a controlled substance;

• Brett Pittman, 29, of Middlesboro, two warrants;

• Jennifer Lynn Roark, 33, of Middlesboro, two bench warrants for court;

• Dustin L. Southern, 29, of Louisville, two counts non-support, no registration receipt, failure to produce insurance card, improper start from parked position, two bench warrants;

• Leslie Willis, 31, of Middlesboro, probation violation (for felony offense).
