• Brittanie Akers, 29, of Arjay, receiving stolen property $10,000 or more, operating a vehicle with expired operator’s license, possession of marijuana;

• Glenda K. Amsden, 61, of Pineville, first-degree possession of a controlled substance, possession of marijuana, alcohol intoxication in a public place, possession of an open alcoholic beverage container in motor vehicle, bench warrant for court;

• Christopher Asher, 44, operating a motor vehicle under influence, no registration receipt, probation violation (for technical violation);

• Brian Brimm, 41, of Pineville, rear license not illuminated, operating on suspended or revoked operator’s license, first-degree possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine), third-degree possession of a controlled substance, two bench warrants for court;

• Tinsley Brock, 42, of Pineville, first-degree possession of a controlled substance, public intoxication;

• Elizabeth Coleman, 38, of Middlesboro, three warrants;

• Louise Renee Cox, 32, of Ashland, first-degree possession of a controlled substance, theft of identity of another without consent, giving officer false identifying information, possession of drug paraphernalia, three bench warrants for court;

• Terry Farrow, 54, bench warrant for court;

• Andrew Fuson, 39, of Middlesboro, two bench warrants for court;

• Troy S. Hearin, 49, of Louisville, serving warrant (for other police agency);

• Lea Helton, 38, of Middlesboro, probation violation (for technical violation);

• Gary Wayne Hoskins, 56, of Pineville, two counts first-degree possession of a controlled substance, possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia;

• Dustin Hounshell, 27, of Harrogate, Tenn., theft by deception, bench warrant for court;

• Timothy Marlow, 32, of Middlesboro, parole violation (for technical violation);

• Tiffany Mason, 38, of Pineville, contempt of court;

• Phillip Cody Parsons, 23, of Staffordville, fugitive from another state (warrant required), theft by unlawful taking ($500 or more but under $10,000);

• Jeffery A. Smith, 35, of Middlesboro, bench warrant for court;

• Stanley Smith, 56, four counts of non-payment of court costs.
