Caldwell, 42, of Arjay, all-terrain vehicle violations, no registration plates, failure to or improper signal, second-degree fleeing or evading police (motor vehicle), operating on suspended or revoked operator’s license, registration and title requirements vehicle not operating on highway, operating a motor vehicle under the influence, second- and third-degree possession of a controlled substance;

• Heather Michelle Davis, 31, of Middlesboro, two bench warrants for court, second-degree disorderly conduct, obstructing governmental operations;

• Eugene Fee, 49, of Walker, failure to appear;

• Melissa Fuston, 25, of Middlesboro, probation violation (for technical violation);

• Shawn Cassidy Gibson, 33, of Middlesboro, three bench warrants for court;

• Bryan Kurfees, 28, of Middlesboro, fourth-degree assault (domestic violence, minor injury);

• Jeffery Lawson, 35, of Harrogate, Tenn., parole violation (for felony offense);

• Anthony Lumpkin, 44, of Middlesboro, tampering with physical evidence, first-degree possession of a controlled substance, possession of marijuana, first-degree trafficking a controlled substance (greater than or equal to 10 d.u. date rape drug), parole violation (for technical violation);

• Timothy Marroquin, 24, of Middlesboro, engaging in organized crime, three counts of first-degree trafficking a controlled substance (greater or equal to 2 grams of methamphetamine), bench warrant for court;

• Earl Mansfield, 39, no operator’s license, failure of owner to maintain required insurance, first-degree possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine), possession of marijuana;

• Jason Medley, 42, of Middlesboro, bench warrant;

• Clark Mills, 71, of Girdler, second-degree rape (no force), second-degree sodomy;

• Melanie Mullins, 23, of Pineville, two bench warrants;

• Ali Omar, 30, of Middlesboro, probation violation (for technical violation);

• Eric Price, 20, of Middlesboro, bench warrant for court;

• Spencer Raines, 20, first-degree possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine), possession of marijuana;

• Robert Rodriguez, 54, of Corbin, operating a motor vehicle under the influence;

• Mary M. Rutherford, 46, of Pineville, six bench warrants for court;

• Travis Rutherford, 32, of Calvin, theft by unlawful taking ($500 or more but under $10,000, auto);

• Lindsey Saylor, 23, of Pineville, two counts of first-degree trafficking a controlled substance (greater than or equal to 2 grams of methamphetamine);

• Danny Harold Stewart, 48, of Middlesboro, bench warrant for court;

• James White, 28, of Bulls Gap, Tenn., no registration plates, no registration receipt, operating a motor vehicle under the influence, license to be in possession;

• Irene C. Wiggins, 67, of Pineville, two bench warrants.
