The Bell County Courthouse is undergoing a facelift as construction continues to improve the look and condition of the historic building in downtown Pineville. A crew from Window World replaced all the windows in the old courthouse over the last few weeks. The move is part of the first phase in a $400,000 renovation project at the courthouse. Renovations that are scheduled to be completed next are LED lighting, new phone systems throughout the courthouse, and a new HVAC system for the building. This is the first renovation type of this kind for the old courthouse in over 45 years.
