• Donald Bowling, 20, of Middlesboro, two bench warrants for court;

• Ruby L. Collett, 37, of Beverly, operating a motor vehicle under the influence, failure to produce insurance card, failure of owner to maintain required insurance, second-degree possession of a controlled substance, prescription controlled substance not in proper container, possession of drug paraphernalia;

• Barbara Lou Collins, 45, of Middlesboro, third-degree assault (police officer or probation officer), public intoxication (controlled substance), second-degree disorderly conduct, bench warrant for court;

• Darrin Cooke, 41, of Pineville, public intoxication (controlled substance);

• Christopher R. Fontana, 44, of Frakes, bench warrant;

• Mary Gamblin, 35, of Owensboro, bench warrant;

• Michael Gambrel, 51, of Arjay, speeding 16 mph over the limit, failure to wear a seat belt, reckless driving, no registration receipt, failure to produce insurance card, possession of an open alcoholic beverage container in a motor vehicle, operating a motor vehicle under the influence;

• Dashia Goss, 21, of Middlesboro, second-degree possession of a controlled substance, bench warrant for court;

• John Honeycutt, 39, of New Tazewell, Tenn., operating on suspended or revoked operator’s license, failure of owner to maintain required insurance, failure to notify address change to the department of transportation;

• Charles Edward Howard Jr., 41, of Pathfork, bench warrant for court;

• Brandon Lannon, 33, of Pineville, public intoxication (controlled substance), second-degree disorderly conduct;

• Kyle Andrew Lee, 25, of Pathfork, speeding 20 mph over the limit, operating a motor vehicle under the influence, fugitive (warrant not required);

• Stacy McIntosh, 32, of Middlesboro, parole violation warrant, second-degree fleeing, first-degree possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine), possession of drug paraphernalia;

• Whitney Parkey, 30, of Tazewell, Tenn., two counts of theft by unlawful taking (shoplifting under $500), one count third-degree unlawful transaction with a minor;

• Jerry Saylor, 46, of Arjay, contempt of court, probation violation (for felony offense), three counts of non-payment of court costs, failure to appear;

• Travis Seals, 26, of Middlesboro, bench warrant for court;

• Bruce Smith, 37, of Pineville, first-degree possession of a controlled substance, possession of marijuana, public intoxication (controlled substance), probation violation;

• Christopher Lee Smith, 31, of Arjay, three bench warrants for court;

• Jeannie M. Smith, 36, of Knox, public intoxication (controlled substance), two bench warrants for court;
