The Bell County Chamber of Commerce and the City of Middlesboro welcomed new business Spero Health to the community with a ribbon cutting celebration on Tuesday. Spero Health is an outpatient addiction treatment facility that specializes in the health and wellness of their patients. They are located at 809 North 19th Street.
