The Bell County Chamber of Commerce and the City of Middlesboro held a ribbon cutting celebration for the grand opening of Flex Fitness in Middlesboro. Flex Fitness celebrated their newest location and also a meet and greet was held with owner Michael Gregory, IFBB Pro Shawn Smith, IFBB Pro Shawn Silvey, and National Level Bodybuilder Mike Taylor.
