• Dustin Baker, 35, of Middlesboro, two counts possession of a firearm by a convicted felon, first- and second-degree possession of a controlled substance, two counts third-degree possession of a controlled substance, first-degree trafficking a controlled substance, second-degree fleeing or evading police, two bench warrants for court, parole violation warrant;

• Dennis Baker, 58, parole violation;

• Creed Barnett, 73, Middlesboro, first-degree sexual abuse;

• Margaret Bransome, 43, of Pineville, first-degree possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine), possession of drug paraphernalia, prescription controlled substance not in proper container, illegal possession of a legend drug, probation violation (for technical violation);

• Matthew Thomas Brock, 30, of Middlesboro, theft by deception $10,000 or more, two counts theft by deception under $10,000, second-degree forgery;

• Charles Burton, 32, of Middlesboro, two bench warrants for court;

• Marion Tyler Carnes, 19, of Middlesboro, truancy (student 18 but not yet 21);

• Nancy Collingsworth, 47, of Kodar, theft by unlawful taking $500 or more but under $10,000 (auto);

• Justin Davis, 36, of Middlesboro, bench warrant for court;

• Amber Dixon, 26, of Middlesboro, first-degree wanton endangerment, operating a motor vehicle under the influence, possession of drug paraphernalia, two bench warrants;

• Lauren Epley, 24, of Pineville, first-degree possession of a controlled substance;

• Everette Gaines Jr., 23, of Middlesboro, fourth-degree assault (domestic violence, minor injury);

• Brian Gambrel, 35, three bench warrants for court, resisting arrest, second-degree fleeing or evading police (on foot);

• Hazel Green, 53, of Pineville, contempt of court;

• Jacqueline Hamlin, 24, of Middlesboro, bench warrant for court, failure to appear;

• Robert Lamb, 44, of Middlesboro, bench warrant for court;

• Jonathan Maples, 24, of Pleasureville, two counts possession of a firearm by a convicted felon, first-degree trafficking a controlled substance, second-degree possession of a controlled substance;

• Bradley McNally, 31, of Middlesboro, six bench warrants for court;

• James Napier, 36, seven bench warrants for court;

• Margret Prophitt, 50, of Middlesboro, bench warrant for court;

• Jesse Reed, 36, of Middlesboro, two bench warrants;

• Danielle Rice, 25, of Pineville, violation of conditions of release, first-degree promoting contraband, first-degree possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, third-degree criminal trespassing;

• Micheal Rich, 45, of Pineville, six bench warrants for court;

• David Roark, 47, of Middlesboro, probation violation (for technical violation);

• Michael Simpson, 52, of Ashland, parole violation (for felony offense).
