• Wesley Eggers, 33, of Harrogate, Tenn., first- and third-degree possession of a controlled substance, possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, bench warrant for court;

• Sandy L. Flanary, 34, of Pineville, five bench warrants for court;

• Joshua Allen Goins, 25, of Middlesboro, failure to wear a seat belt, obstructed vision, no registration plates, no registration receipt, improper registration plate, failure to register transfer of motor vehicle, no operator’s license, failure of owner to maintain required insurance, operating a motor vehicle under the influence, two bench warrants;

• Darin Morris Helton, 30, of Kettle Island, rear license not illuminated, no tail lamps, no brake lights (passenger vehicle), failure to wear a seat belt, no registration receipt, failure to produce insurance card, operating a motor vehicle under the influence;

• Travis J. Hoskins, 33, of Crossville, Tenn., second-degree rape, second-degree sodomy, incest, first-degree sexual abuse;

• John Wallace Hoskins, 73, of Middlesboro, first-degree sodomy (victim less than 12 years of age), first-degree sexual abuse (victim under 12 years of age), two counts of incest, second-degree sodomy, first-degree sexual abuse;

• Farmer Lawson, 60, of Middlesboro, five bench warrants for court;

• Megan E. Marlow, 32, of Middlesboro, two counts of non-payment of court costs;

• Michelle Marlow, 51, of Middlesboro, failure to appear, four counts of non-payment of court costs;

• Cleston Miracle, 39, of Pineville, three bench warrants;

• Cassandra R. Partin, 35, of Middlesboro, second-degree assault;

• Jonathon C. Prater, 29, of Middlesboro, operating on suspended or revoked license, operating a motor vehicle under the influence, disregard signals from officers directing traffic;

• James Pursifill, 59, of Middlesboro, violation of conditions of release;

• Juianita Robinson, 35, of Evarts, failure to appear, bench warrant for court, theft by unlawful taking (under $500), theft of identity of another without consent;

• Paul D. Rogers, 32, of Middlesboro, theft by unlawful taking (shoplifting under $500), five bench warrants;

• Candace Simpson, 31, of Middlesboro, bench warrant for court;

• Jimmy Smith, 39, of Middlesboro, excessive windshield / window tinting, tampering with physical evidence, two bench warrants, no operator’s license, operating a motor vehicle under the influence, possession of marijuana, no registration plates;

• Johnny Smith, 49, of Pineville, bench warrant;

• Debbie M. Ulrich, 41, of Middlesboro, failure to appear, non-payment of court costs, probation violation (for felony offense);

• William JT Warren, 30, of Pineville, violation of a Kentucky EPO;

• Andrew Webb, 48, of Wallins, failure to appear, theft by unlawful taking ($500 or more but under $10,000);

• Charles Wilcox, 21, third-degree criminal trespassing, unauthorized use of motor vehicle, two bench warrants for court;

• Darrell Wilson, 34, of Middlesboro, probation violation (for technical violation).
