• Tommy Barnett, 53, of Middlesboro, receiving stolen property under $10,000, first-degree possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine), three bench warrants for court;

• Jesse Bean, 29, of Pineville, probation violation (for felony offense);

• Timothy Cheek, 27, of Middlesboro, two bench warrants, theft by unlawful taking under $500;

• Latoya Ann Collier, 34, of Middlesboro, bench warrant for court;

• Jason Elliot, 40, of Lafollette, Tenn., first-degree assault;

• Joshua Darin Ellis, 35, of Monticello, leaving the scene of an accident;

• Amy L. Evans, 29, of Harrogate, Tenn., bench warrant for court, operating a motor vehicle under the influence, possession of marijuana, failure to produce insurance card;

• Jimmy Ferrell, 37, of Middlesboro, parole violation warrant;

• Jessica Ford, 37, of Evarts, third-degree criminal trespassing, first-degree disorderly conduct, resisting arrest, theft by unlawful taking ($500 or more but under $10,000), falsely reporting an incident, parole violation (technical violation);

• Helene Gipson, 19, of Corbin, first-degree possession of a controlled substance;

• Chelsie Hensley, 26, of Helton, two bench warrants for court, resisting arrest;

• Danny Mason, 36, of Pineville, second-degree burglary;

• Adam Miller, 58, of Pineville, three counts first-degree trafficking a controlled substance;

• Joshua Miller, 33, of Pineville, two bench warrants for court, first-degree possession of a controlled substance, probation violation (for felony offense);

• Teddy Osban, 29, of Middlesboro, parole violation (for felony offense);

• Bryan Patton, 44, of Middlesboro, two bench warrants;

• Jamie Price, 43, of Dewitt, first-degree possession of a controlled substance, bench warrant for court;

• Candace R. Ralls, 37, of Evarts, public intoxication with a controlled substance, know fraudulently use ID card or electronic code for benefits;

• Robert Shahan, 41, of Little River, S.C., four bench warrants for court;

• Carlos Smith, 52, of Middlesboro, bench warrant for court;

• Jackie Lynn Sturgill, 34, of Pineville, three bench warrants for court;

• Gregory Walden, 48, of Jacksboro, Tenn., excessive window tinting, first- and second-degree possession of a controlled substance, no operator’s license;

• William Dean Waldroop, 53, of Middlesboro, theft by unlawful taking (under $500), three bench warrants for court;

• Jacolby Zachary, 21, of Middlesboro, possession of marijuana, first-degree criminal mischief, theft by unlawful taking ($10,000 or more but under $1 million).
