Hundreds of youth expected at 12th Annual Fish Fest

Children 15 and under can fish for trout and other fish from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. at the city parking lot in Middlesboro.</p>

Adults may accompany the youth anglers but they may not fish.</p>
