Middlesboro is gearing up for the 2019 Levitt Amp Music Series, and they are seeking sponsors for the summer event.

“The purpose of the Levitt AMP Series is to bring free, live music to the people in the community of all ages and backgrounds that transforms underused spaces into community destinations,” Middlesboro Main Street Director Emily Ayers explained. “The music series is a perfect way to make downtown Middlesboro the perfect gathering place for our community and this entire region.”

Middlesboro Main Street received news from the Levitt Foundation that they are one of three communities across the country to receive multi-year funding through 2021, and the Levitt Foundation calls Middlesboro the “model site” for their AMP series.

“Middlesboro was chosen for this honor based on our successful track record of building community support through live music and by bringing to life a space that once sat unused,” Ayers said. “And as always, these grant awards come with the stipulation that each year the community must match the grant donation with community investment.”

According to Ayers, beginning in 2019, the Levitt Foundation has committed an additional $75,000 to Middlesboro over the next three years. Ayers said the goal moving forward into 2021 is to fuel even more positive momentum in the community, broaden the artistic programming and relationships, and create more ways for our community to engage.

“We want to invite you to join other community-minded businesses and organizations in bringing this exciting concert series to the people of Middlesboro and the region,” Ayers said. “Your sponsorship will help ensure a high quality series and help to further bolster Middlesboro’s growing reputation as a great place to live and visit.”

There are two sponsorship options for the summer music series. There is a concert sponsor and a stage sponsor.

The concert sponsor package is $1,250 and includes two tickets to the Artist Reveal Luncheon in May. Your company name and logo will be mounted on the stage and on the website throughout the 2019 Series. The sponsor will also have access to the Green Room.

The Stage Sponsor Package is $2,500 and includes a large full size banner on the front skirt of the stage and your company will be recognized from the stage before every performance. This sponsorship package is limited to only four sponsors with a three-year commitment.
