Professor of Biology speaks at Garden Club Meeting

Lincoln Memorial University Professor of Biology Barbara Shock was the March speaker at the Harrogate Garden Club meeting that was hosted by Vice President of University Advancement Cynthia Whitt. The presentation included ticks in the region and how to properly protect your family and your pets. Shock discussed the different species of ticks that are in our region and protection with repellents, socks, and always check yourself, your children, and your pets daily for ticks when coming indoors.
