Pineville Middle School took out Cumberland Gap Middle School 6-3 on the diamond on Monday afternoon in Pineville. Tye Clark, Sawyer Thompson and Caden Havens all had one hit apiece for Pineville. Clark, Cade Elam, Walker Landrum, Evan Biliter and Seth Burtchell all scored runs. Elam scored two. Thompson pitched two innings with two earned runs and two strikeouts. Biliter pitched two innings with one earned run and three strikeouts. Clark closed the game pitching the fifth inning with zero earned runs.
