• Jason Browning, 39, of Middlesboro, two counts theft by unlawful taking under $500, one count theft by unlawful taking $500 or more, bench warrant for court;

• Tommie L. Chaffin, 40, of Harlan, three counts of failure to appear;

• Velena J. Hinds, 31, of Pineville, parole violation;

• Mindy Lester, 32, of Middlesboro, four bench warrants for court;

• Frank Morton, 38, first-degree trafficking a controlled substance, first-degree possession of a controlled substance, possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia;

• Talmadde Posey, 40, of Pineville, two counts of failure to appear;

• Edward Raney, 38, of Middlesboro, two bench warrants for court;

• Mary K. Smith, 34, of Barbourville, bench warrant for court;

• George R. Smith, 32, of Middlesboro, fourth-degree assault, third-degree terroristic threatening;

• Tasha Renea Stewart, 30, of Middlesboro, public intoxication, second-degree possession of a controlled substance, endangering the welfare of a minor, three bench warrants for court;

• Jessica L. Sturdivant, 41, of Middlesboro, theft by unlawful taking under $500, second-degree criminal trespassing, two bench warrants for court;

• Andrew Washington, 24, of Pineville, contempt of court, speeding 16 mph over the limit, no registration receipt, failure to produce insurance card, failure to wear seat belt, operating a motor vehicle under the influence, possession of marijuana;

• Jonathan Widener, 27, of Middlesboro, five bench warrants for court, first-degree trafficking a controlled substance, first-degree possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia.
