Middlesboro Main Street Director Emily Ayers held a meeting Friday morning with both building owners and business owners in downtown Middlesboro to discuss several issues. Tim Kelley of the Codes Enforcement and Robbie England of the Middlesboro Fire Department were also on hand to discuss the importance of building and fire codes within the historic district and what the future holds as they move forward with Main Street Kentucky.
