Delbet Spurgeon and Mary Katherine (Yeary) Cobb recently celebrated their 60th wedding anniversary. They were married Feb. 13, 1959. Residents of Middlesboro, they raised three children, Karin Lawanna, of Ypsilanti, Michigan, Anita Kay, of Dearborn, Michigan, and Spurgeon Dwayne, of Middlesboro. They have nine grandchildren, four great-grandchildren and are expecting a fifth very soon. Mr. Cobb is a retired Ford employee with over 32 years at Ford’s Stamping Plant in Woodhaven, Michigan.
