The Family Resource Youth Service Center at Lone Jack School Center invited Christy Blevins from the Bell County Extension Office to host a LEAPS Reading Program for the preschool and kindergarten classes recently. Blevins read, “DW The Picky Eater.” Blevins also presented an activity with the class, which involved spinach leaves, spinach dip and vegetables to correspond with the book.
