The public is invited to a special called meeting of the Middlesboro City Council at 6 p.m. Tuesday.

Items on the agenda include a report on occupational tax, discussion on the budget and committee organization.

The meeting will be held in the Council Chamber of Middlesboro City Hall. Residents are encouraged to attend.
