On Friday, City of Middlesboro Mayor Rick Nelson, state Rep. Adam Bowling and Finance Committee member Glenna Brown met with Whitney Chestnut, executive director of the Cumberland Valley Area Development District. The district helps to write grants for cities, and number one on the list for discussion was sewer money and park development.
