Three suspects are at large after they allegedly assaulted a man with a stick and stole $100 from him. According to a press release for the Kentucky State Police, Ricky Lee, 46, of Hulen, reported he was robbed and assaulted on Wednesday.

KSP Post 10 Public Affairs Officer Shane Jacobs said the victim claimed he was riding in the truck with the three men when the assault took place. Lee was transported by ambulance to the Middlesboro Appalachian Regional Hospital where he refused further medical treatment.

The press release states the three suspects have not been located. Trooper Roy Pace is continuing the investigation.
