UK Extension Agent Brandy Calvert and Program Assistant Leslie Foster visited preschoolers at Bell Central for a dairy lesson and to make butter. The students learned that if they pour heavy whipping cream in a jar, shake it for 10 minutes, pour off the excess, then they will have fresh homemade butter. They tried their butter on a cracker.
