Cricket Wireless recently opened in Middlesboro at 1238 North 12th Street.

The company offers mobile voice, text and data using parent company AT&T’s nationwide network.

District manager Eric Smith said the company’s expectation for itself is exceptional customer service at a fair price.

“We want to give our customers a reasonable price,” he explained. “Currently our biggest promotion is four for 100. Four lines for $100 with unlimited talk, text, and data and that includes tax.

“The traffic in the area really appealed to us as a company,” Smith added. “We are a franchisee for Cricket and that appealed to us to help us to make that decision to make Middlesboro one of our new homes.

“We are excited to be here and we would love to have the opportunity to serve the community and tell you what we are all about.”
